"I was dealing with State Farm trying to cancel the home owners policy because of the moss growing on the roof. This does not affect the roof and they tried to battle this requirement but couldn't since they are independent agents and have no control, but they tried. Then they helped me deal with this issue so my policy was renewed. Even with getting a cleaning it was cheaper than trying to get a policy with somewhere else, since the industry is not writing new policies for California. The few that would wanted me to pay 200% more for less coverage. Thank you"
